Recipe: Artichokes And Chicken With Pasta

Artichokes & Chicken with Pasta
Yield: 8 Servings
2 Jars Marinated Artichokes
1 cn Artichoke Hearts
2 lb Boned And Skinned Chicken
-Breasts
1 Onion; chopped
2 tb Minced Garlic
Salt And Pepper To Taste
2 tb Minced Fresh Basil
1 c White Wine
1 c Pareve cream
1 lb Angel Hair Pasta
Drained canned artichokes; drain marinated artichokes, reserving marinade.
Chop artichokes and chicken into bite size pieces. Heat reserved marinade;
saute chicken pieces. Add onions and saute all until onions are soft and
chicken cooked through. Remove chicken and onions with slotted spoon. Add
wine to pan drippings and reduce. Add cream and reduce further. Return
chicken and onions to the pan along with garlic, artichokes, basil and salt
and pepper to taste. In the meanwhile, cook angel hair pasta until al
dente. Stir cooked pasta into the chicken-artichoke mix.
