Recipe: Party Potatoes

6 lg. potatoes
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
3/4 c. chopped green onions (with tops)
1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1/2 c. buttered corn flake crumbs
Boil potatoes in jacket. Cool, peel and grate with large grater. Melt butter. Remove from heat, add undiluted soup, sour cream, onions and cheese. Fold this mixture into potatoes. Place in buttered casserole and cover top with corn flakes. Bake in 350* oven for 45 min. Serves 10.
