Recipe: 3 Layer Jello Pudding Parfait

3 Layer Jello Pudding Parfait
Yield: 1 Servings
1 pk Strawberry jello; 6oz
2 ct Gossner Whipping Cream; 8oz
1/8 ts Vanilla or almond extract
1/2 c Sugar
2 pk Instant vanilla pudding; 3oz
2 c Gossner Super Strawberry

First Layer: Prepare jello according to box directions. Fill 6 parfait cups
1/3 full and chill until set. Leave remaining jello in bowl, chill until
set.
Second Layer: Whip cold Gossner Whipping Cream until firm, add vanilla and
sugar. Whip one minute longer. Fold half of the whippped cream into set
jello, blend at low speed for one minute. Spoon equal amounts into parfait
cups making second layer and chill.
Third Layer: Prepare pudding mix with Gossner Super Strawberry milk, spoon
into parfait cups and chill. Top with remaining whipped cream and garnish
with fresh strawberry slices.
Create your own variations by changing the jello flavor, Gossner Milk
flavor and fruit garnish.
