Recipe: All - American Macaroni Salad

2 cups cooked macaroni (1 cup uncooked)
1 cup frozen peas
3/4 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup ham, cooked and cubed
3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
1/2 cup ranch salad dressing
1/2 cup mayonnaise (or Miracle Whip works fine)
1 tsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. black pepper
In a large bowl, combine first 6 ingredients. In a small bowl,
combine remaining ingredients. Add to macaroni mixture and toss to
coat. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Flavors will blend together
as it chills.
