Recipe: Weight Watchers Chicken

4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, placed in sprayed casserole
Mix together:
1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup (or chicken or celery)
1/2 can diet cola
2 Tbs. dried onion flakes
1 Tbs. dried parsley

Pour over chicken, cover and bake in 350° oven for 30-45 minutes.
Makes a lot of gravy, good over mashed potatoes or rice. (Points
unknown).
