Recipe: Zesty Lemon Steak

Yield: 4 Servings
1/3 c a-1 steak sauce
2 ts grated lemon peel
1 clove garlic; minced
1/4 ts coarsley ground black pepper
4 4-6 oz. beef shell or strip
-steaks; about 1 thick
Instructions
In small bowl, combine steak sauce, lemon peel, garlic and pepper; brush on
both sides of steaks. Grill steaks over Medium heat for 15 minutes on each
side or until done, brushing with sauce occasionally. Serve immediately.
Serves 4.
